Travel Club with AD&D

Terms and Conditions

• You, Your means the individual(s) listed in the registration section of this Travel Club;
• We, Us or Our means the Provider/Administrator of the Travel Club services and benefits, Nation Motor Club, LLC. dba Nation Safe Drivers, located at 800 Yamato Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33431;
• Private Passenger Automobile means a four-wheeled land motor vehicle used for pleasure driving, including a pickup truck, camper, van, or motor home. Vehicles designed mainly for off-road use are excluded;
• Common Carrier means any scheduled airline, land or water conveyance licensed for transportation of passengers for hire. For Common Carrier claims, You must be traveling as a passenger and not serving as a member of the crew or learning to operate such conveyance;
• All benefits are available to You up to Your benefit limit, as described throughout this Travel Club, without any additional payments. You are responsible for any non-covered expenses;
• Your Travel Club membership begins at 12:01 a.m. on the date following the Effective Date as shown in the registration section, and continues until 12:01 a.m. the Expiration Date, unless cancelled. If no Expiration Date is indicated in the registration section, then this Travel Club membership will have a term of one (1) year;
• All of the benefits and services of Your Travel Club membership are described herein and are applicable throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico;
• This Travel Club membership cannot be transferred;

• You have the right to file a complaint by submitting a written complaint to Our Customer Service Department at 800 Yamato Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, FL 33431 or by calling 1-888-684-9327;
• You may obtain a full copy of Our company's privacy notice by sending a written request to the Administrator, Attention: Privacy Notice Department, 800 Yamato Road, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33431.

Exclusions

This Travel Club membership does not cover: (a) Any violation of motor vehicle or traffic laws; (b) Driving under the influence of alcohol, intoxicating liquors, narcotics or drugs; (c) Driving without a valid operator’s permit, or leaving the scene of an accident without disclosing identity, or failing to stop to ascertain injury and lend assistance, commonly known as "hit and run"; (d) When any motor vehicle is operated without permission of the owner thereof; (e) Reimbursement sought for any bill which, in Our opinion appears to be false or fraudulent, and not for the claimed services; (f) Involvement in any traffic accident or any accident involving a motor vehicle in which a Police Traffic Report is not filed; (g) Any loss which is caused by or results from an intentionally self inflicted injury, suicide or any attempt thereat, voluntary self-administration of any drug or chemical substance not prescribed by or taken in accordance with the directions of a doctor; (h) Commission of or attempt commission of a felony; (i) Any loss related to acts of God or acts of war or terrorism; (j) Travel in or upon a motorcycle, snowmobile or, any two, three or four-wheeled All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV); (k) Travel in or upon any off-road motorized vehicle not requiring licensing as a motor vehicle; (l) Any sickness, except infection, which occurs directly from an accidental wound or cut; (m) Any injury sustained while in the service of the armed forces of any country; (n) Any injury that results from Aviation except as specifically provided within this Travel Club membership; (o) Loss resulting from injuries that occurred before the effective date listed in the registration section of this Travel Club.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel this Travel Club at any time by refunding the original purchase price to You. Be advised that excessive claims can be cause for cancellation. You may cancel this Travel Club within thirty (30) days for a full refund of the amount paid minus the amount of any claims paid or payable. After thirty (30) days, You may cancel this Travel Club for the unused portion of the purchase price, calculated on a pro-rata basis, less a cancellation fee of twenty five dollars ($25) and the amount of claims already paid. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Us and signed by You.
