How Does a Telemedicine Plan Work?

Using your telemedicine plan is easy, convenient, and care is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Here’s how it works:

  1. User calls the Telemedicine number.
  2. Nurse requests basic information from the user, including demographics, credit card details (if needed for co-pay), and symptoms.
  3. A U.S. Doctor or Nurse calls back within 15-30 minutes to conduct the consultation and provide a prescription, if needed.
  4. Customer's use of the service is unlimited during the plan period.
